The Carlson Group is a full service independent manufacturer’s rep agency. We represent a variety of residential and commercial lighting manufacturers. We market and sell the products we represent to the Northern California and Northern Nevada territories.
The Carlson Group was founded back in 1978 by Rich Carlson. Back then, the business was called Carlson Associates, Inc. In 1990, Kris Quackenbush joined Rich’s agency as a sales rep. In 2001, Kris took over the business creating The Carlson Group. Kris is now the President and owner. The Carlson Group still represents many of the same companies that Rich originally handled. We are proud of who we are and how we go about representing our vendors in the channels we serve.
